YO Restaurants
YO! has been serving delectable sushi and fresh Japanese food since 1997, when it was the first restaurant to bring the concept of a Japanese ‘kaiten’ sushi bar, delivering food via a conveyor belt, to the UK. The business has grown rapidly and YO! now boasts a multitude of sites across the country, serving fresh and furiously flavoursome Japanese fare. Although sushi is at the heart of what they do, they also have a spectacular range of hot food available; from ramens to chicken katsu, from traditional classics to innovative fusion dishes designed by their Executive chef and his team. A third of the menu is also vegetarian or vegan, with over 35 vegan dishes and six vegetarian options featuring on their vegan and vegetarian menu. YO! source all of their fish from reputable suppliers who place great care when it comes to environmental and sustainability issues too, proving themselves to be as ethical as their restaurants are delightful. All of the dishes at YO! are made fresh in front of the diners’ eyes by expert chefs and their guests can have fun selecting from an array of colourful dishes, each of which are represented by a specific price, making it easier to calculate how much is being spent.
